A serene landscape with a twist. A service trip in Tucson, Arizona, thrust me headfirst into the grim reality of border patrols and migrant shelters. Quickly, it became apparent just how delicate and political the balance between the United States and the rest of the world was. With wars raging across the globe, I aspired to explore this connection further. Armed with the makings of a political science degree, I yearned for a medium to apply both myself and my education. Thus, the Geopolitical was born, a blog dedicated to analyzing the effect Geopolitics has on the United States and vice versa.
